From start to finish, our extensive renovation project was handled professionally and diligently. Irma designed our dream kitchen and Jeff made it come to life! In addition to the full kitchen remodel, Jeff also simultaneously replaced our entire house flooring and completed our kids bathroom. We also had extensive demolition of walls and ceilings. The workmanship was terrific and Jeff’s crews were here everyday during the duration of the project. Jeff regularly checked in on the progress of the project and always had a plan that we would review frequently. His crew left a clean job site daily and was on task with an attention to detail. This level of communication and professionalism nowadays is hard to find. It was a pleasure working with Jeff, Irma and his entire crew!

We worked closely with Jeff and the team during our renovation project. We completed the renovation while we were living in the home so we became close with the whole team that supported our project. Jeff coordinated the project plan very tightly and always had his team show up when he promised they would be there. Jeff always made you feel like you were the only client he was working with, though he was balancing many projects simultaneously. He was always just a text message away! it's very scary hiring someone to remodel your kitchen! I did my due diligence and researched Personal Touch Contracting and met with the owner (Jeff). My fear was gone! The communication was outstanding, Jeff laid it all out there as far as expectaions and it all came together as planned. I included the before pictures so you could see what an outstanding job his contractors did and the outstandinmg job Jeff did in the preplanning of the remodel. Every contractor that entered our home for this remodel (3) paid very close attention to detail and left each day by cleaning up perfectly. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I never questioned anyone's integrity throughout the entire process. Top notch materials, contractors and owner. You will not regret hiring Personal Touch! The picture with the two cabinets and the backsplash up the wall will have 2 floating shelves and will officially be our coffee bar. This was sort of a last minute change and Jeff made it happen. I just have to add, the project did take a little longer that originally planned but this is bound to happen in this industry.

I recently had my bathroom renovated, and I am very satisfied with the results! The team did an incredible job, transforming my space into something beautiful and functional. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. While the quality of the work was fantastic, I believe that improved communication could enhance the overall experience. A bit more regular updates on the progress would have been helpful and reassuring. Overall, I highly recommend their services and am thrilled with my new bathroom!

Dream style did an amazing job opening up the walls in my kitchen. In addition, they installed cabinets, upgraded an electric panel and framed in a large kitchen island. Will definitely use them again.

Jeff was great from the very start. He gave me an honest estimate based on my renovations needed, and didn’t try to oversell/overcharge. I wanted good quality but not too expensive because I was going to be renting the home, and he was able to give me good options. I can't say enough good things about Personal Touch Contracting. They renovated a kitchen and two bathrooms for me at an investment property. From day one they took the time to understand my objectives and they worked with me to accomplish my goals within my budget. Not only was the end result exactly what I wanted but communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and will be using them myself on all future projects.

Jen and Butch are fantastic! They are punctual, did a great job on my cabinets and always clean up each day. That is especially appreciated in a disruption of cabinet stuff put everywhere while renovating! I am counting on the plumber and backsplash tile man to be as good.

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff and his team to complete a total demo and redo of the primary bathroom in our forever home. We used Jeff's recommendation and used Pro Source to purchase the majority of the materials. They provided concierge service, advice, and delivery. Jeff's team was very qualified and professional and we knew what to expect and when. Jeff was very patient with us as the job took almost 2 months to complete, due to our wish to buy imported terrazzo tile from Spain. We have no regrets, it is sparking and beautiful as is the new tile in the shower, new vanity, mirror, lights, exhaust fan,faucets, shower, and glass shower door. The bathroom reflects our personalities and it is almost too beautiful to use! We love it! We llok forward to using Personal Touch again in the near future for addional projects.

We hired Personal Touch Contracting to install flooring in three rooms. Gregg did an amazing job on the floor and baseboard. My husband and I hired Personal Touch Contracting for our project, converting our formal living room into a closed home office. Jeff was thorough in explaining the process and communicated every step of the way.
