  • Loan amounts from $1,000 to $100,000
  • Interest rates starting as low as 4.49% APR, based on credit profile
  • Terms ranging from 2 to 20 years
  • No dealer fees, setup fees, or subscription costs
  • Funding in as little as 24 to 48 hours after approval

Synchrony

For homeowners who prefer a revolving credit option, we also offer financing through Synchrony via the Synchrony Project Card. This gives you the flexibility to finance your kitchen or bathroom remodel while keeping your available credit open for future projects, not just a single purchase.

  • Standard Purchase APR of 34.99% on new accounts, subject to change
  • Promotional financing options, including 6 or 12 months of no-interest financing on qualifying purchases
  • Reduced-rate promotional plans, such as 9.99% APR or 5.99% APR with fixed monthly payments, available on select purchases
  • Deferred-interest terms: if the promotional balance isn't paid in full by the end of the promo period, interest is charged back to the original purchase date
  • Subject to credit approval, with a $2 minimum interest charge
